In some ways Championship Vinyl is our most successful song: it's our most played tune online, plus it got picked up by a U.S. licensing company and used on an American TV show called Cavemen. Unfortunately the show got cancelled during the writers' strike however, three years later, I got a phone call to say that they had finally finished our episode! Championship Vinyl is the name of the record store in Nick Hornby’s novel "High Fidelity", but the lyrics aren’t about the book, we just liked the name.
